Carepoint Health Services is a home health care provider based in McDonough, Georgia. We serve to help our clients effectively manage and recover from their illness or disability in the comfort of their homes. This way, we can help them adapt to the home living environment amid experiencing physically limiting conditions and avoid readmission or staying in institutionalized care.
We work collaboratively with our patients’ physicians in the implementation of customized care plans, which are specifically designed to support their health conditions and provide the right level of care.
